What the table tells you

Duration generally becomes longer as you move closer to the central part of the eclipse path. On the western Costa del Sol, moving west from Málaga towards Marbella and Estepona produces a substantial gain. In Cádiz province, the southern coast offers very long totality.

Do not optimise seconds at the expense of the whole plan

A location with 20 extra seconds is not automatically better if it has no legal parking, poor road access or no ability to react to cloud. Once totality is comfortably long, logistics and weather flexibility become increasingly important.
